Complimentary Shipping: To ensure a seamless acquisition experience, shipping costs are fully included in the price of all original paintings.
Secure Packaging & Tracking: Every painting is carefully hand-packed in my studio and shipped with tracking so you can follow its journey.
Delivery Timeline: Please allow up to 14 working days for your original artwork to arrive.
Fine Art Prints
Made to Order: Prints are produced to order by a professional printing partner to guarantee the highest gallery quality.
Separate Shipments: Because prints are fulfilled externally, they will ship separately from any original paintings in your order.
Returns & Refunds
I want you to be entirely happy with your new artwork. If a painting does not quite fit your space, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following guidelines:
Initiating a Return: Please contact the studio via the Contact Page within 14 days of receiving your artwork to notify me of your return.
Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, secure packaging, and return insurance. Because shipping original art carries inherent risk, using a tracked and insured shipping service is required.
Condition & Documentation: To protect both parties, please take clear photos and/or a quick video of the artwork as you pack it for its return journey. Once the painting arrives safely back at the studio in its original, undamaged condition, a full refund will be processed.
Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that an artwork or print is damaged during transit, I will make it right.
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
If there is any damage, contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged artwork and the packaging.
